Ah, your hired drivers level up and get skill points, too? Cool. Thanks for all the feedback. Yeah! Wait till they get to 10.0 and the millions grow even while you roam. the Highest one of my drivers has pulled in (profit) so far in one trip is 17,000, and she did that at rating 6.7. and it wasn't even the extremes like Bratislava to Swansea. How much does an profit do you get from hired driver? I only earn 1,180 euros a day from my driver. It's useless to blow money on low performance trucks, as you can sell them back for only 35% of the original value. It's better to give each employee same truck DazaKiwi Oct 4, 2017 @ 6:41pm. Suggestions: see hired drivers on the map and in game. I would love to see in the Driver Management window the ability to see a mini-map showing you where they are and the truck icon moves along the route they are on as well as when you go to full screen map see their truck icon and first name above it. I've had drivers get negative pay for trips before but barca seems terrible. My drivers are already at 4.2 rating but still they make negative profit from barcelona to basically anywhere practically every trip and then don't find anything on the return also almost every time. Anyone else have this so bad there or anywhere else? I'd expect in cities with only one or two companies but not one It's somewhat realistic if you own your own truck and you're hauling something expensive and a lot of it. Meaning u pay ur own insurance, healthcare, profit taxes, other taxes, maintance, fuel, have to buy a new truck every 20-30 years at least, etc. But even then it's too much. As a driver who is hired? No, never. Every scripts takes up CPU cycles and as it is now, people are already complaining about the performance of the game. I simply don't think ETS2 will support many more hired drivers as it is now. #4. room217au Nov 14, 2014 @ 5:43am. Well if you want to maxmize profit margins, then the more drivers working, the more profit. Have patience, as your drivers accumulate more job miles they will level-up and make more money per job. My top drivers make something like 20K to 26K per job, that's for 5.2 and 5.8 level drivers. My newest drivers often make -500 job runs. Yes, that means it cost me 500 for that job - no profit at all. .
